Voucher Terms and Conditions

Our vouchers are a great way to give the gift of joy. Please note the following terms regarding redemption and validity:

Validity: Our vouchers are valid for three years from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise on the voucher.

Redemption: Vouchers can be redeemed exclusively for our offered courses and products. A cash payout – even partial – is not possible.

Partial Redemption: If the full value of the voucher is not used in one booking, the remaining balance can be redeemed at a later date.

Transferability: Vouchers are transferable and may be used by other individuals as long as they are still valid.

Loss: We are not liable for lost or stolen vouchers. Please keep your voucher code safe.

Exchange: Vouchers cannot be exchanged.

Return: Voucher purchases can be canceled within 14 days of purchase, provided the voucher has not yet been redeemed. In this case, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
