Immerse yourself in a unique combination of inner peace and creative expression and join us for this special workshop of Sound and Earth.

1.Session on SUNDAY, 14.06. 2pm-4:45pm (total 2:45 hours) 

1. Hand-Building Workshop (2 hours)
We begin in the studio by engaging with clay in a mindful, somatic way. Through simple hand-building techniques, we learn to shape vessels—allowing our hands to lead while our mind slows down. The direct touch of the clay, its softness and weight, invites us to ground, breathe, and feel present. Our wonderful teacher Wendy Taylor will gently guide and support you throughout this creative process as you craft unique ceramic pieces.

2. Sound Meditation (45 minutes)
After finishing your ceramic creations, we transition to our serene studio terrace. There, you’ll settle onto your yoga mat and immerse yourself in a restorative sound journey with Crystal Tones Alchemy Singing Bowls, guided by our certified sound practitioner Steffi from Balmae Sound. This meditative experience helps the body and mind integrate the calm of the creative process, leaving you feeling centered, light, and at peace for the rest of your Sunday.

Please note that this class can only be held if the weather conditions allow a soundbars on our studio terrace as we are not able to host the soundbath indoors.

How to prepare for the class: For the classes you might want to wear something you wouldn‘t mind getting a little dirty as well as shorten your finger nails. We will provide an apron and everything that's needed for every participant.

Pick-Up: Finalizing your pieces might take between 4-8 weeks. Once your pieces are ready, you will be notified via email and might pick up your pieces during our Open Studio Hours on Thursdays between 5-9pm.

Most of our workshops are held on a monthly basis so there will be a chance for everyone to make a booking according to their schedule. Otherwise please make sure your friend is available for the date you have booked and see our cancellation or rebooking policy below.

Cancellation Policy: In case you need to cancel your booking please do so one month prior to our first session in order to get a full refund. If you cancel more than 14 days before the class you are eligible for a refund about 50% of the price you paid. Any cancellations later than 14 days before the class can’t be refunded. You are welcome to pass your participation to a friend if you beforehand send an email including your friend’s name. Also please make sure to block all dates of the sessions as they are fixed. Missed classes cannot be reimbursed or repeated.

Rebooking of classes: You can change the date of your booking up to 14 days before the class to another class according to current availabilities. Please be aware that our classes are often sold out in advance and that you therefore might need to wait a few months. A rebooking fee of €15 applies to any modification to the original booking (like classes, dates or participants) and helps cover our administrative costs. We appreciate your understanding and are happy to answer any questions.

Number of participants: The workshop will be held in a small group of eight participants. The minimum number of participants in order for this class to take place is four.
